For employers and partners
Create pathways to work with Samjobb
Samjobb primarily works with employers on work placements and pathways into employment. We begin with a no-obligation conversation about your organisation, possible tasks and skills needs.

How we can work together
A clear arrangement for everyone
Work placements
A work placement can provide experience, professional contacts and an opportunity to demonstrate skills in a real workplace.
Recruitment
If you are recruiting, we can discuss the skills you need and whether one of our participants may be suitable for contact or an interview.
Understanding working life
Study visits, career information and meetings with employers help participants understand industries, roles and routes into the labour market.
How Samjobb supports the placement
- preparatory discussions about tasks and circumstances,
- planning the placement’s goals and structure,
- clear contact routes before and during the placement,
- regular follow-up with the participant and workplace,
- support if the arrangement needs adjusting.
For a placement, the workplace must appoint a contact person and supervisor. Together, we review the introduction, tasks, working hours and follow-up.
Formal decisions, conditions and insurance arrangements must always be settled before a placement begins.
When employment becomes relevant
Support for the next step
Over the years, Samjobb has helped hundreds of companies find staff. When an employer and candidate want to proceed, we can clarify the next steps and assist with the administrative aspects of employment support.
Employment-support decisions are made by the responsible authority. Samjobb cannot guarantee approval or the availability of a particular candidate, but we help establish the right contact when conditions are suitable.

What does the workplace need to provide?
Clear tasks
Tasks should be meaningful, possible to introduce and suitable for the agreed plan.
An appointed supervisor
Someone at the workplace must be able to provide an introduction, answer questions and give feedback.
A safe working environment
The participant must be treated respectfully and receive the conditions needed to understand and perform the tasks.
Follow-up
The workplace must participate in follow-ups and raise any needed changes early.
