What you can expect
At Samjobb, you should be treated with respect and receive clear information about the support, your responsibilities, planned activities, your contact person and the next step.
We cannot promise that a programme will lead to a particular job or course. Our role is to provide structured, personal support towards the goals planned together.

Adham’s path to work
Adham had experience in cultivation and sales and later trained in horticulture. After several jobs, he obtained seasonal employment in property maintenance and outdoor environments.
Every path is different. The story shows how previous experience, education and new professional contacts can become parts of the next step.
Working with employers
Over the years, Samjobb has worked with and helped hundreds of companies. Contacts with employers and other organisations are an important part of the path to work. We create partnerships where both the participant and workplace understand the arrangement and available support.
