Rusta och matcha

Personal support on the way to work or studies

At Samjobb, you have an adviser who gets to know your experience, needs and goals. Together, you create a plan for moving closer to work or studies.

Samjobb provides Rusta och matcha on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. The Swedish Public Employment Service decides whether the programme is suitable for you and whether you may participate.

Support built around you

What we can help you with

  • finding and applying for jobs,
  • writing or improving your CV and cover letter,
  • preparing for phone calls and job interviews,
  • exploring occupations, employers and education,
  • planning activities and reviewing your progress,
  • getting support when contacting employers.

You do not need to have everything worked out from the start. Your adviser helps you create structure and take one step at a time.

Languages

At Samjobb, support is available in Swedish and Somali. Ask us how language support can be used in the programme and location relevant to you.

How it works

Ask your case officer whether Rusta och matcha may be suitable for you.

You choose a provider

Once a decision has been made, choose your provider through Mina sidor or by contacting the Swedish Public Employment Service.

You receive an adviser

We contact you for an initial meeting to review what support you need and what you want to achieve.

You follow the plan together

The plan is reviewed regularly. You need to participate actively in the activities included in your plan.
